Holiday home suitable for 12 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. 2 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 218 m² and is build in 1994. In 2007 the holiday home was renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 60 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2001 m² natural site. Situated 800 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 4500 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 6000 m. A terrace belong to the holiday home. Swing. Sandbox. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3,5 m wide, 7 m long and it is up to 1,4 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.The swimming pool has a countercurrent facility. A water slide is available. There is floor heating in the swimmingpool area.

Activity room
Air hockey. Mini billiards table. Mini table football.

Bed situation
All together there are 6 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 8 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. 2 sleeping places on mattresses. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
The indoor prefilled whirlpool offers space for 4 persons.

The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

No letting to youth groups, where all persons are 15-25 years.
