Welcome to the old grocery store in Kolby Kaas. Now you have the opportunity to be together with multiple families or friends on vacation. The holiday house has been renovated and now appears bright and friendly with plenty of space for many people. The holiday house offers 250 square meters, including a nice kitchen, a large living room with a cozy fireplace, beautifully decorated with a lovely view of the water, 9 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with shower cabins, a cozy corner on the landing with a fireplace on the first floor. From the large living room, there is access to the spacious terrace where you can enjoy the evening sun.
There is a separate storage room with a washing machine, dryer, and extra refrigerator space. If you take a walk through the campground, you will reach the bathing jetty where there are also benches. 
Not far from the holiday house, you'll find Kolby Mølle, Husmandsstedet Fredendals, and the Technical Museum, which are definitely worth a visit.
If there are sailing guests, they can dock at Kolby Kaas harbor, which is located 500 meters from the house.
When returning home with fresh delicacies from the island, the large grill on the terrace can be fired up.
