The courtyard apartments are located either in the geometrically shaped buildings or in the houses surrounding them. The courtyard apartments are set back from the street, and some of them have a view to the green outdoor spaces.

The apartments have individual interior design with beautiful furniture and high-quality fabrics. All apartments include living room, kitchen and bath and toilet. Furthermore  1 bedroom with double bed and either 2 bedrooms with 1 single bed and 1 wall-mounted bed each or 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and 2 wall-mounted beds.

In the kitchen you will find 2 cooking plates, oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, fridge with small freezer compartment, toaster, tableware and pots and pans. All apartments have TV and wireless internet.

You can also visit the play park within walking distance. Many of the area's attractions can be found within a ½ to 1 hour drive. These include the WOW park, Givskud Zoo, HC Andersens Hus. LEGOLAND and LEGO House.

Holiday homes/holiday apartments
Kolding Hotel Apartments are 73 architect-designed hotel apartments, and you can choose whether you want to stay with a view of the lake, in the peaceful surroundings of the courtyard or next to the street and the bustling city life.

Lake apartment:
The lake apartments are located so that they have a lovely view of either the lake or Koldinghus or both from at least one of the rooms. In the lake apartments, you'll live close to nature with a fantastic amount of light and a unique view.

The lake apartments are all located in the architect-designed point houses, which have different geometric shapes such as triangles, circles, stars and squares. The large windows of the point houses provide a breathtaking experience of the colours of nature, the light in the sky and the changing seasons. Each apartment has a living room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and toilet. The 4- and 6-person apartments have a double bedroom and bunk beds and single beds in the other bedrooms of the apartment. The bunk beds are 190 cm long.

Farm apartment:
The courtyard apartments are all located in our courtyard environment, secluded from the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartments are located both in the detached architect-designed point houses and in the buildings that surround the point houses. Some have views of the green areas between the point houses. The courtyard apartments all have a living room, kitchen, bedroom, shower and toilet. The 4- and 6-person apartments have one double bedroom and bunk beds and single beds in the other bedrooms. The bunk beds are 190 cm long.

Street apartment:
Feel the pulse of the city. The street apartments are located on Låsbygade in Kolding's old town. Låsbygade is a busy one-way street with cafés, shops and take-away restaurants, so you can expect some noise from traffic and city life. The street flats are located in the buildings that surround the point houses. If you prefer a quieter apartment, we recommend our courtyard or lake apartments. The street apartments all have a living room, kitchen, bedroom, shower and toilet. The 4- and 6-person apartments have one double bedroom and bunk beds and single beds in the other bedrooms of the apartment. The bunk beds are 190 cm long.
