The House is built in 2008, and has 3 bedrooms (All with double beds), 2 bathrooms, where one of them has spa bath and sauna. The lovely bright Livingroom is tastefully furnished with good furniture, fireplace, TV, internet with TV channels, and a music system with DVD, CD and MP3. The well-functioning kitchen has everything your heart most desire: Among other things an automatic dishwasher, a refrigerator with freezer – Furthermore there is an OUTDOOR KITCHEN with warm – and cold water and electric boiling plate. Beyond this there is a washing machine, a clothes-drier, 2 bicycles, 3 garden tables, 12 chairs, a parasol, 2 lounge beds, and a Grill. The house appears non-allergenic, therefore pets can not be permitted and smoking is not allowed. Likewise youth groups can not rent this house.
