In 2016 the holiday home was renovated. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2750 m² garden site. Situated 250 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. A 65 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Hereof a total of 65 m² enclosed terrace. Swing. Play tower. Slide. Football goal. 2 barbecues at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 5,5 m wide, 3,5 m long and it is up to 1,4 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.The swimming pool has a countercurrent facility. There is floor heating in the swimmingpool area.

Bed situation
All together there are 5 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. 3 sleeping places on mattresses. 3 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 5 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher. There is floor heating in the kitchen.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 6 persons.

The holiday home contains 2 TVs. Radio. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

No letting to youth groups, where all persons are 15-25 years.
