The holiday home is situated on a 1000 m² garden site. Situated 800 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 500 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 2000 m. A 50 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 6 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Petanque. Barbecue at your disposal. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds.2 sleeping places in alcove. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 induction cooking plates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower cabinet and 2 toilets, hereof 1 guest bathroom. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.You can relax in the outdoor prefilled whirlpool for 7 persons.

The holiday home contains 1 TV. Radio. Stereo set. CD player. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

No letting to youth groups, where all persons are 15-25 years.
