The holiday home is situated on a 1200 m² garden site. Situated 800 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 300 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 1500 m. A 80 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 14 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Football goal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool.

Activity room. Billiards, table tennis, darts and keg coolerfor drinks (41 liters).

All together there are 5 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 4 sleeping places in single beds. 4 sleeping places on mattresses. 4 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).
