This holiday home offers a beautiful view of Aarhus Bay and is located close to a child-friendly beach with a bathing jetty. Here, you can relax or explore the unique Icelandic landscape in Mols Bjerge National Park. The house is designed in a modern Nordic style, with a simple, light interior featuring classic furniture, and is situated on a large, secluded nature plot. It is unique in the area, offering a wonderful water view from the alcove on the first floor, where you can enjoy a meal or a glass of wine. The house also boasts an east-facing terrace with new garden furniture and a Weber grill, as well as a south-facing, partially enclosed sun courtyard.

The spacious living room has a large dining area and a wood-burning stove. The well-equipped, open kitchen includes a new ceramic hob, dishwasher, new fridge with a small freezer, and an extractor fan. The bathroom features a shower and a washing machine. To the east, there is a cozy and bright conservatory with seating for 6 people and a comfy sofa area, ideal for enjoying breakfast when the sun rises.

On the first floor, there is another living area with a TV offering a large selection of channels and free access to new music via TDC Play. The house has sleeping arrangements for 6 people across 3 bedrooms: one with a double bed, a large wardrobe, and a desk that can be used as an office with WiFi and room for an extra crib; one bedroom with two single beds on the first floor; and one with two single beds and a large wardrobe.

Fresh fish for the grill is available daily at the beach, and there is a small grocery store just 2 km away, where you can also buy freshly baked bread. The house has cable TV (YouSee) and WiFi, as well as good mobile reception. It’s a 20-minute drive to Ebeltoft and 50 minutes to Aarhus. The house is non-smoking, and pets are not allowed.
