The house is located on a lovely, partially secluded plot with a large lawn, ideal for play and ball games, as well as outdoor relaxation, and is within walking distance to a beautiful, child-friendly sandy beach.

The house is situated by Begtrup Vig Beach, about 500 meters from the most beautiful sandy beach. The area is very child-friendly with fine sand and shallow water. It’s a popular spot for windsurfing and paddleboarding. The charming town of Ebeltoft, with its many attractions such as the Glass Museum, the Old Town Hall, the Frigate Jylland, and Ree Park, is about 18 km away. Additionally, it’s about a 30-minute drive to one of the largest amusement parks in the Nordic region, Djurs Sommerland, which offers rides for both big and small, as well as the Scandinavian Wildlife Park, and a short hour's drive to Randers Rainforest and the Kattegat Center in Grenaa.
