Description

Lovely house right by the Limfjord and close to the centre of Nykøbing Mors. The house contains a room with a double bed. In the combined kitchen and living room, there is a sofa bed, which can be used as an extra bed. From the living room, you can enjoy the great view overlooking the fjord. The house has direct access to the beach, which is great for bathing. Moreover, the house is situated on an open garden ground and has a roofed terrace with garden furniture.

Situated within walking distance of the centre of Nykøbing, the house is attractive the year round. You can visit Dueholm Monastery, which is a museum of local history, or the Danish Foundry Museum that exhibits old Morsø stoves and cookers. The pedestrian street ties together the town and marina, at which people gather to ring the evening bell every night during the summer season.
In Nykøbing, you also find Morsø Golf Club's beautiful 18-hole course. The scenic Legind Bjerge is located south of the town and is a favored excursion site among locals. Moreover, the area has waymarked trails and good mountain bike routes.

Mors is primarily known for its great moler formations that towers the coastal line on the northern part of the island. Hanklit and Feggeklit with its legend about King Fegge are the two most well-known formations. Salgjerhøj is the tallest point on the island and is definitely worth a visit. From the top, there is a fantastic view overlooking Mors and the waters of Thisted Bredning. It is also on Northern Mors you can find the Fossil and Mo-clay Museum, in which you can experience 55 millions years of history told through the many finds in the moler on Mors. Additionally, there is the agricultural museum Skarregaard, in which time has been paused in 1958. Skarregaard is beautifully situated by the two Skarre Lakes and has a great playground.

Indeed, Mors truly has much to offer.
