This fantastic holiday home is located in an excellent location, just 100 meters from the beautiful north beach and promenade of Sæby, which winds its way to Sæby's marina.

Inside the house, there is room for 6 people, spread over three cozy bedrooms and a bunk bed at the entrance. When you enter, you are greeted by a spacious kitchen-dining area, where the ceiling stretches high. Here you can prepare delicious meals for your loved ones while the wood stove spreads warmth and cosiness after a refreshing walk along the beach on a cool autumn day. A large seating area with a charming 3-seater sofa, two soft armchairs, and a TV invites relaxation and enjoyment.

Outside, both west- and east-facing terraces offer the opportunity to enjoy the sun's rays, while a covered terrace provides shelter and comfort, where a cozy garden table and chairs invite long conversations and meals under the open sky. The holiday home area Haulund is a popular place, especially for families with children, as the safe beach is nearby, perfect for playing and splashing in the water.

Please note that the owner may have access to the locked (private) shed to retrieve the boat engine in certain cases. And although there is no Wi-Fi, there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the closeness and the beautiful nature.

AREA:

Sæby is worth several visits. It is a very charming market town with good shopping opportunities and sights. The harbor is full of sailboats in the summer, and here you can buy ice cream and fresh fish, and the maritime atmosphere with sailboats, cafes, and shops exudes life.

Sæby is a town that will be 500 years old in 2024. In the old town is the monastery church of St. Mariæ. In this area are also the Sæby Miniby with houses from 1900, the Coastal Museum, the Sæby Watermill, and several different interesting artisans in the old town around Algade. On the outskirts of the town is an attractive 18-hole golf course and Sæbygaard Castle, which is also worth a visit.

An hour's drive from Sæby is Skagen, where you can experience the environment of the Skagen Painters up close. On the west coast of North Jutland, the North Sea Oceanarium, the largest aquarium in Northern Europe, is a worthwhile excursion for families with children. Heading south is Aalborg (Denmark's third-largest city), if city life's opportunities appeal.
