This large luxury villa, with its 300 square meters, is very suitable for holidays for a large family or for holidays with several families who want their own spa retreat and perhaps also want to bring their dogs.

The house is also perfectly suited for sports clubs looking for accommodation in connection with events in the area or for other associations that want to go on a trip together. A fantastic holiday home that offers many possibilities.

The house was beautifully renovated in 2020 and offers you a total of 10 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, providing ample space to be together in a very good way. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on the ground floor (6 people), and 7 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms on the first floor (14 people). There is a sea view of the Kattegat from 2 of the rooms.

The kitchen is spacious and very functional when it comes to cooking for many people. Here you will find 2 quality ovens and a microwave, 2 dishwashers, an induction hob, 2 coffee machines, a Quooker, and of course, service that matches the large number of people who can stay in the house.

Adjacent to the kitchen is a long dining table and a smaller dining table, as well as the living room with a good sofa group. A smaller, stylish, and cozy living room with elegant two-person leather chairs and a wood-burning stove provides an opportunity to split up and relax in smaller groups, in the glow of the flames from the wood stove.

In the wellness area, there is a large spa that can accommodate 5 people and a sauna that can be used freely. The room is furnished with a table and chairs, and the owner has really thought about creating a setting for extra cozy moments. If you want to sit in a hot tub under the stars, there is also the possibility of doing so on the terrace, where there is space for 5-6 people.

The house has a large and lovely wooden terrace in sections, with outdoor furniture and plenty of space for everyone. In the garden, there is plenty of space for children to play with swings and a sandbox, as well as luxury wicker furniture for adults who love to be around when the children are playing.

There is the possibility to rent 2 large charcoal grills. Price DKK 350 each, including cleaning (order when booking or via the agency - Toppen af Danmark).
Final cleaning can be purchased.
Firewood can be purchased from the homeowner during the stay.

THE AREA:
The luxury villa is only 400 meters from the coast. Here you will find the most beautiful promenade and a lovely child-friendly sandy beach with a bathing jetty, visited by many families with children throughout the summer. The promenade leads you to a unique harbor with restaurants, cafes, and ice cream shops. Here, a genuine summer life unfolds in June, July, and August with many pleasure sailors, guests, and day-trippers who enjoy the various opportunities, the taste of fish, and often stay until the sun sets to the music played by local musicians during the school summer holidays.

You can easily walk to Sæby's charming town center, where you will find a very exciting and varied shopping life, and a square with life and often live music from a new square stage - built in 2024. If you like nature, we also recommend a trip by the stream in Sæbygård Forest, where you can enjoy the babbling water and the large, beautiful beech forest at walking pace, running, or cycling.

Algade is the town's pedestrian street in the summer. It runs from the harbor to the center through the old market town environment, where artisans are based. Sæby Church, St. Mary’s Church, which was originally a Carmelite monastery with vaults with extensive frescoes, was restored in 2019 and is also found here. In general, Sæby's town center is characterized by beautiful old houses and streets.
