Description
Whether you enjoy the sun and summer or cozying up on a grey day, this is the perfect holiday home for you, as it offers both with good terraces, an outdoor shower, and a wood-burning stove!
The holiday home has an incredibly lovely interior and a pleasant atmosphere.
There are 2 bedrooms at opposite ends of the house, accommodating a total of 4 people. The kitchen is nice and equipped with everything you need to prepare and serve summer meals. The kitchen, living room, and dining area are well-connected in a large and bright space, with a wood-burning stove in one corner. There is a comfortable sofa and a good armchair in the living room, as well as a beautiful wooden dining table with a great view of the sea and the famous beautiful promenade that leads to the harbor in Sæby.
One terrace allows you to enjoy the morning sun, and another large newer wooden terrace with a canopy lets you enjoy the late afternoons and evening sun. There is an outdoor kitchen with water installed and a new dining table with chairs so you can enjoy your summer dishes and stay outside even when the dew falls.

Consumption: Electricity is read upon arrival and departure. The electricity consumption also covers the use of the heat pump.
There are no doors to the bedrooms, but it is possible to screen off the common room with large curtains.
NOTE! The stove and dishwasher are combined in one unit. This means that both the oven and the dishwasher are half-sized.
There is an outdoor shower and an outdoor kitchen with water connected to the evening terrace.
There is an extra large fridge and freezer in the shed that can be used.

AREA:
The holiday home is located 2.5 km north of Sæby town center in a highly sought-after holiday home area and 12 km south of Frederikshavn.
The house is in a desirable holiday home neighborhood with sea, beach, and not far from the forest. The beach just below is a fine sandy beach inviting for beach fun, swimming, and fishing trips. From the house, there are good opportunities to walk and cycle to Sæby Harbor or to Sæby town center via small roads and along the promenade.
Sæby has a charming town center with many shops, cafés, and restaurants. Algade is one of the town's most charming streets with small yellow and red houses, peonies, a church, and many different craftsmen. It is the street that connects the town center and the harbor. The harbor was expanded in 2022 with an extra large and beautiful harbor basin. Here are good summer shops, restaurants, and several ice cream parlors where you can take a break.
On all summer days, the harbor buzzes with life with many pleasure sailors, campers, anglers, and other day-trippers, and during the school summer holidays, the sun is played down every evening at 9 PM. A unique harbor environment.
Sæby Square is the focal point of the town and in this area, there are many good shopping opportunities and exciting specialty shops. A new music stage is being built in 2024, and throughout the summer there will be "music on the square", with the opportunity to sit and enjoy summer soft drinks, beer, or wine in several places.
Algade, as mentioned, is where you will find artisans and working workshops, as well as the beautiful church, which is a relic from the monastery period. It has recently been restored with beautiful frescoes.
Sæby is very centrally located in Vendsyssel if you want to go on other excursions. Skagen, Aalborg, and the North Sea are within easy reach.
