NEW! Lovely summer house in the small, charming enclave with idyllic summer houses at the north beach in Sæby.

There is space for 4 people in 2 rooms with double beds, and there is a nice kitchen with a cozy dining area right next to it. There is a living room and a conservatory, and there is access to the house's 2 terraces. One is east-facing and the other is south/west-facing.

The kitchen and dining area, which are connected, are super cozy. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare good holiday meals.

There is a nice large bathroom with a shower, and an entrance hall with a washing machine that can be used.

Outside there are garden furniture, a parasol, and a grill, which allows you to enjoy outdoor life and choose a terrace according to the wind and weather.

EXTRAS:
Cleaning, bed linen, high chair, and travel cot can be purchased.

PETS:
Pets are allowed (for an additional fee).

Tenants must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire rental period.

Bus stop on Frederikshavnsvej is 600 meters from the house with regular connections to Sæby, Frederikshavn, and Aalborg.

AREA:
The holiday home is located 1 km north of Sæby town center in a very sought-after holiday home area and 14 km south of Frederikshavn.

The house is located in a sought-after summer house quarter with the sea, beach, and not far from the forest. The beach just below is a fine sandy beach that invites beach fun, swimming trips, and fishing trips. From the house, there are good opportunities to walk and cycle to Sæby Harbor or to Sæby town center via small roads and along the promenade or a trip up into Sæbygaard Forest.

Sæby has a charming town center with many shops, cafes, and restaurants. Algade is one of the town's most charming streets, with small yellow and red houses, peonies, a church, and many different artisans. It is the street that connects the town center and the harbor. The harbor was expanded in 2022 with an extra large and beautiful harbor basin. Here are good summer shops, restaurants, and several ice cream parlors where you can stop.

All summer days are buzzing with life with many leisure sailors, motorhomes, anglers, and other day guests, and during the school summer holidays, the sun is played down every evening at 9:00 PM. A unique harbor environment.

Sæby Torv is the center of the town and in this area, there are many good shopping opportunities and exciting specialty shops. A new music stage has just been built in 2024, and throughout the summer there will be "music on the square", with the opportunity to sit and enjoy summer sodas, beer, or wine in several places.

As mentioned, Algade is where you find artisans and workshops, as well as the beautiful church, which is a relic from the monastery era. It has recently been restored with beautiful frescoes.

Sæby is very centrally located in Vendsyssel if you would like to go on other excursions. Skagen, Aalborg, and the North Sea are within easy reach.
