This is a cozy holiday home in a lovely holiday home area north of Sæby. The house is 43 sqm in total and has everything you need for a great vacation.

The living room and kitchen are combined and have a nice wooden floor. The furnishings consist of a sofa group and TV, as well as a dining table at the back of a half wall that separates the room from the kitchen. The kitchen has nice white cabinets and is equipped with everything needed to prepare delicious holiday meals. Refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dryer, and microwave are at your disposal. (In the hallway, there is an additional small refrigerator where drinks can be stored).

The house can accommodate 4 people, with a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. During the summer months (June, July, and August), there is the option to use the annex in the garden, which has 2 single beds.

There is a small bathroom with toilet and shower.

The 20 m2 terrace is secluded in the garden, and there are garden furniture, a parasol, a gas grill, and 1 sun lounger available.

PETS:

Pets are allowed - up to 2 dogs are welcome (for an additional fee).

GOOD TO KNOW:

Non-smoking property.

The tenant must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the rental period.

Good parking facilities directly at the holiday home - 1 parking space.

UTILITIES: Electricity is read upon arrival and departure. Electricity consumption also covers the use of the heat pump.

Final cleaning can be purchased.

The 2 beds in the annex are only available in June, July, and August.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION:

Bus station in Sæby - 1.2 km Bus stop 500 meters from the house with regular connections to Sæby, Frederikshavn, and Aalborg.

AREA:

The holiday home is located on the outskirts of Sæby town - 1 km to the city center - 12 km south of Frederikshavn.

The house is in a charming and secluded holiday home area. The beach is a nice sandy beach, perfect for beach activities, swimming, and fishing trips. From the property, you have good opportunities for walking and biking to Sæby Harbor or to the city center via pathways, along the beach, and the promenade.

Sæby has a charming city center with many shops, cafes, and restaurants. Algade is one of the city's most charming streets, with small yellow houses, roses, a church, and various artisans. It is the street that connects the city center and the harbor. The harbor was expanded in 2022, and here you will find local boats, shops, restaurants, and ice cream parlors - in the summer, there is a lovely atmosphere with many yachtsmen, campers, and visitors.

Sæby is centrally located in Vendsyssel if you want to explore other excursions. Aalborg, the North Sea, and Skagen are within easy reach.
