In the largest bedroom, you'll find a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe from wall to wall, perfect for storing all your clothes and personal belongings. The second bedroom is equipped with a three-quarter bed and a double wardrobe, while the third bedroom has a practical sofa bed, chest of drawers, and hooks for hanging clothes.

The kitchen, dining area, and living room are designed as a large, open space from which you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the Kattegat. From the sofa, you can admire the beautiful panorama, see Frederikshavn on the horizon, and follow the ship traffic. The kitchen is top modern with an impressive granite countertop and all the necessary kitchen equipment. There's also a Quooker installed, providing boiling water instantly. In the annex, you'll find an extra fridge with a freezer, ideal for additional storage. The bathroom is bright and elegant with large drawers and a wonderful spa bath, where you can relax after a day full of activities.

Outside, the house offers a large, cozy enclosed courtyard and a wooden terrace on the side of the house that extends into a wide gallery in front of the house. This provides plenty of opportunities to enjoy the sun, grill, or just relax in the fresh air.

When renting this house, cleaning and a fixed utility fee for water, heating, and electricity are always mandatory.
No rentals to youth groups. The renter must be at least 25 years old and present throughout the rental period.

THE AREA:
The holiday home is located just 2 km from the center of Sæby, and you can enjoy the sea view by walking along the promenade into town, where there are several shopping opportunities and attractions. Following the promenade all the way past the sandy beach, you will reach the marina, where you can buy ice cream and fresh fish, and enjoy the maritime atmosphere with sailboats, cafes, and shops during the summer months.

In North Jutland, there are many exciting attractions and sights for the whole family. Sæby Miniby shows the town center as it looked around 1900. Sæbygaard Castle also contributes to the history, along with the Coastal Museum. Sæby is a market town that turns 500 years old in 2024. In the old town, you will find the monastery church of St. Mariæ. In this area, there is also Sæby Miniby, with houses from 1900, the Coastal Museum, Sæby Mill, and various interesting artisans in the old town around Algade. On the outskirts of town, there is an attractive 18-hole golf course and Sæbygaard Castle, which is also worth a visit.

In Frederikshavn, the Powder Tower and the Bangsbo area are experiences along with Denmark's only palm beach. If you drive further north to Skagen, younger children will be delighted by the Teddy Bear Museum, and Grenen, the Gray Lighthouse, and the Skagen Museums are of course must-sees.
On the west coast of North Jutland, the North Sea Oceanarium, Northern Europe's largest aquarium, can be a great excursion destination for families. To the south is Aalborg (Denmark's 3rd largest city), if the urban lifestyle beckons.
