The apartment is bright and modern, and the large, airy layout contributes to a feeling of spaciousness and comfort. The kitchen is a highlight with plenty of space, a spacious dining table, and a beautiful panoramic window that opens up to an adjoining sunroom with a view of the garden. It's the perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or a meal with a view.
The living room is decorated in fresh colors, creating a lively and inviting atmosphere. Here you will find a comfortable sofa and another dining table, making it an ideal place for family activities or relaxation. From the living room, there is also access to the garden and a cozy little terrace where you can enjoy the fresh air and sunshine.
The apartment has two lovely bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both rooms are designed with comfort and relaxation in mind, ensuring a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the area.
On the house's terrace, you can sit and enjoy the sun or light up the grill for a cozy evening with good food. The secluded garden is perfect for both play and relaxation, with plenty of space on the lawn for children and the dog to romp around.
The house consists of two apartments, one of which is occupied by a permanent tenant. The rental apartment has its own entrance and a secluded garden, ensuring privacy and tranquility. This allows you and your family to enjoy a peaceful holiday in picturesque and charming surroundings in Sæby.

Fixed utility charge: 301 DKK / week or 43 DKK / day.
No rental to youth groups. The tenant must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire rental period.
Free parking - charging an electric car is not possible. We refer to the central charging stations in Sæby city center.

THE AREA:
The house is centrally located in the town of Sæby, which is worth several visits. It is a very charming market town with good shopping opportunities and attractions. The harbor has many leisure boats in the summer, and here you can buy ice cream and fresh fish, and the maritime atmosphere with sailboats, cafes, and shops is full of life.
Sæby is a market town that will be 500 years old in 2024. In the old town lies the monastery church St. Mariæ. In this area, you will also find Sæby Miniby, with houses from 1900, the Coastal Museum, Sæby Water Mill, and various exciting artisans in the old town around Algade. On the outskirts of the town, there is an attractive 18-hole golf course and Sæbygaard Castle, which is also worth a visit.
The Coastal Museum has branches in both Sæby, Frederikshavn, and Skagen and talks about life by the coast past and present. In Sæby, Sæby Miniby and Sæbygaard also contribute to the local history.
About 10 km north lies Frederikshavn, where the Palm Beach must be seen in the summer months, and the Bangsbo area is also an experience with a viewpoint, Botanical Garden, and Deer Park. If you continue further north, there is also much to experience in Skagen, where Grenen and the Skagen Museums are must-sees. If there are teddy bear fans in the family, the cozy little Teddy Bear Museum will earn many points. The Gray Lighthouse, the Sandburied Church, and Råbjerg Mile are also experiences that create holiday memories.
An hour's drive from Sæby is Skagen, where you can experience the Skagen painters' environment up close, see Grenen and watch the two seas meet. On the west coast of North Jutland, the North Sea Oceanarium, Northern Europe's largest aquarium, can be a great excursion for the family with children. Further south is Aalborg (Denmark's 3rd largest city) if the opportunities of city life appeal.
