Holiday home suitable for 14 persons as well as 1 child up to 3 years. 4 of the beds is only suitable for older children (4-11 years). The holiday home is 200 m² and is build in 1994. In 2018 the holiday home was partial renovated. You can bring along 2 pets. The holiday home is equipped with 2 energy-friendly air-to-air heat pumps and 1 energy-friendly air-to-water heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 200 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2255 m² natural site. Situated 1450 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1950 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 100 m. A 50 m² enclosed terrace belongs to the holiday home. Swing. Sandbox. Trampoline. Slide. Beach volley. Football goal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool.The swimming pool has a countercurrent facility.

Bed situation
All together there are 5 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 6 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 4 sleeping places in bunk beds. 4 sleeping places on mattresses. 4 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 2 refrigerators. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabinet and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 2 bathrooms. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

Whirlpool
You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 3 persons.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 Chromecast. Radio.Playstation 3. Nintendo Wii. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

No letting to youth groups, where all persons are 15-25 years.
