The house was built in 1989 and has undergone an extensive renovation in 2012, which ensures modern facilities and a welcoming atmosphere. Inside, you will find two bathrooms, both equipped with a toilet, sink, shower and underfloor heating, which makes it comfortable to use, even when the coldest days. 

For those who love to prepare food, the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances, including a microwave, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer with a capacity of 80 liters. There is also a wood-burning stove that creates a cozy atmosphere for the cold evenings. For the little ones, you will have a cot and high chair available, so the whole family can feel at home.

Outside you can enjoy a large terrace, where you can grill and eat under the open sky. For those who want to relax, there is an outdoor hot tub that can accommodate up to 7 people, as well as an indoor hut tub for 2 people. The house also has a sauna, perfect for cooling yourself off after a long day of activities. The kids will love the water slide, which provides hours of fun in the pool.

For entertainment, there is a television with both Danish and German TV, as well as internet and Chromecast, so you can stream your favorite shows. Outside you will also find swings and a sandbox, making it an ideal place for children to play and explore.
