Holiday home suitable for 5 persons . The holiday home is 80 m² and is build in 1965. In 1998 the holiday home was partial renovated. No pets allowed. The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump.} Freezer capacity of 10 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there are 2 high chairs.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 1000 m² garden site. The site is fenced in. Situated 13200 m from the sea. Situated 900 m from inlet. Nearest shop is 200 m away. A 40 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 25 m² covered terrace. Swing. Slide. Carport is at your disposal. Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 1 sleeping place in single bed.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, baking oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There is 1 bathroom with shower and 1 toilet.

Multimedia
The holiday home contains 1 TV.1 DVD player. Radio. At least 4 Danish channels. At least 4 German channels. Wireless internet at your disposal.

No letting to youth groups, where all persons are 15-25 years.
