Townhouse close to beach and nature
This charming townhouse is located in the idyllic fishing village Strandby about 10 km north of Frederikshavn and about 35 km south of Skagen. In Strandby you will find several restaurants that also offer take-away, if you would rather eat at home. Not surprisingly, the specialties are fish dishes, as fish auction is held every morning, which guarantees fresh fish for the locals. If you are more adventurous, you can buy fresh fish at the local fish mongers at the port. Within walking distance of the residence you will find 2 lovely sandy beaches. North beach which has blue flag and toilet facilities, and the more private and less busy South beach, which is also perfect for long walks. A short car drive or 7 minutes by train, and you are in Frederikshavn with an abundance of shopping and dining options. 30 minutes by car or train, and you are in Skagen with everything this city has to offer. The house is a nice townhouse from the 50s with 2 bedrooms, large and very bright living room with dining area for a minimum of 6 people. There is a sofa bed and a further room in the basement where there are 2 more beds. A nice bathroom with shower, and a well-equipped kitchen. A terrace with exit from the living room gets morning sun, and is perfect for enjoying your morning coffee.
