The house has a secluded terrace.
The house is heated by an oil-fired boiler, heat pump and wood-burning stove.
The house has fibre optic internet as an optional extra.

Teglgårdsparken has a communal pool area from mid-May to the end of August (free of charge) and a playground. There are plenty of opportunities for lovely walks in the scenic area along the Gudenåen river, where you can also fish.
