The holiday home is equipped with energy-saving heat pump. The holiday home has washing machine. Tumble dryer. Freezer capacity of 30 litres. Further more there is 1 wood-burning stove. For the youngest ones there is 1 high chair.

Outside
The holiday home is situated on a 2500 m² dune site. Situated 400 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 800 m away. A 72 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 7 m² covered terrace. You find a tool shed. Swing. Sandbox. Plug for charging electric car is available (slow charger). Parking place by the holiday home.

Bed situation
All together there are 3 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 4 sleeping places in double beds. 2 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in bunk bed. 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located on the bed-loft of the house. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with 1 refrigerator. There are 4 ceramic cooking plates, hot-air oven, microwave oven and dishwasher.

Toilet and bathroom
There are 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 toilets. There is floor heating in 1 bathroom. The sauna offers opportunity for relaxation.

You can relax in the indoor whirlpool for 2 persons.
