Description

In this cosy holiday home you live on two levels with a total of 115 square meters of living space. It is situated on a beautiful 2,060 square metre plot and invites to romp around and play ball games on the large lawn.

The house and the surrounding area are the perfect base for a family holiday or for a couple who want to enjoy peace, togetherness and wellness.

Layout: On the ground floor you'll find entrance hall with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as access to the 1st floor. The kitchen is integrated into the cosy living room with a nice sofa area, TV, wood-burning stove and dining area and has an exit to the south-facing terrace. A total of 3 bedrooms: one with a good sized double bed and plenty of wardrobe space on the ground floor and two more with a double bed on the first floor. There is plenty of cupboard space on the landing. Beautiful bathroom with whirlpool and sauna.

All bedrooms have carpeted floors, the floors in the other rooms are tiled.
