It has 75 square metres of living space spread over 2 floors and is situated on a 2,200 square metre natural plot, wonderfully sheltered in a small wood directly behind the dunes.

Layout: Small entrance hall with steep stairs to the 1st floor. Cosy, bright living and dining room with integrated kitchen and good wood-burning stove. From here access to the partly covered terrace. A total of 3 bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a double bed and plenty of wardrobe space, two on the first floor, one of which is large with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. Beautiful bright bathroom with shower cubicle.

Important to know: The stairs to the 1st floor are very steep and narrow. There is no handrail.

Pets: You are welcome to bring a dog. Sorry, no cat allowed, due to the owner's allergy.
