The North Sea beach is only 700 metres away. Here you live on 105 square metres and have a 2,800 square metre natural plot at your disposal. The wonderful south-facing terrace with beautiful wooden flooring and great garden furniture is partly covered and even has a radiant heater. So you can sit outside more often.
