The house is partially heated by solar energy. All hardware/white goods have been replaced in spring 2020. There is an extra fridge/freezer in the shed. Large, closed terrace and playground for children. Youth groups are not allowed. Pets and smoking are not allowed. The house is not allergy-friendly, as the owner himself uses the house with a dog. Extra cost for water consumption. Access to Fitness in Vejers Strand and Blåvand in 2024. Year of construction 1970, renovated 2003/2016.
