Lovely cottage for 4 people, located on a fantastic enclosed plot approx. 800 meters from the beach. The house appears well maintained and with plenty of space for a small family. There are several terraces from which the sun can be enjoyed all day long.

The house appears with an entrance which is also a corridor. From here there are 3 bedrooms: DB + DB + B. Nice bathroom with shower/wc, washing machine with dryer. From the distribution corridor you come to the house's large living room. The living room has a lovely bright and open kitchen with a dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove with ceramic hob, hood and microwave. The kitchen is in open connection with the dining room, which has access to the terrace, wood-burning stove and a cozy nook where you can enjoy a drink before dinner. From the dining room, it is open to the living room, which has a good sofa corner with television and satellite dish for viewing danish programs, exit to a south-west facing terrace. The house is covered all around. The house has 2 lovely wooden terraces, one of which is partially closed. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Wireless Internet access and heat pump. Year of construction 1967, renovated 2005/living room extended 2021.
