Renovated and incredibly nice summer house for 6 people, with a fantastic location on a natural plot, approx. 1,500 meters from the beach. The area is known for the free-ranging wildlife which can be observed from the house's living room or from the partially closed terrace. The house is renovated and furnished in a modern summer house style in light colors. Incredibly charming and highly recommended.!

The house contains: entrance area that leads into the house's living room. From the entrance there is access to the house's master bathrooms, which feature a new washing arrangement, shower cubicle, wc and a corner spa as well as a sauna. Guest toilet with wc, sink and a washing machine as well as a tumble dryer. The living room is open with a newly renovated kitchen that features a built-in oven, ceramic hob, pull-out hood, dishwasher, microwave and new fridge-freezer and underfloor heating in the kitchen. From the kitchen there is an opening into the dining table section. Newly renovated living room with a cozy sofa corner with a view to the fireplace, radio, Chromecast and smart TV. The large windows in the living room overlook the garden where the area's wild game roams. The house has 3 bedrooms: DB + DB + 2B, each kept in their own color scheme, blue, green and pink. All bedrooms have brand new continental beds. The 2 bedrooms each have 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Large, partially enclosed terrace. Swing and sandbox. Charcoal grill available, after use it must be cleaned before being put back. Wireless Internet. Pets and smoking are not allowed! Year of construction 2000, renovated in 2021.
