The summer house offers a wonderful atmosphere in a modern bohemian style, and with large panoramic windows facing the sea. There is a sea view from the terrace, kitchen and from the first floor.

The outside facilities offer beautiful sunsets that can be enjoyed from the large surrounding wooden terrace. The summer house is located on high dune land, approx. 200 meters from the beach and a short distance to shopping and restaurants.

The house is over two floors and contains: entrance hall with good wardrobe space. 3 spacious bedrooms: DB + DB + DB. A master bathroom with shower, washing machine and wall-hung toilet. The house also has a guest bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing arrangement as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. The kitchen appears with all comfort and with an oven at working height, induction cooker with built-in hood, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. On the ground floor there is the dining area and on the first floor a sofa/TV corner as well as reading and cozy corners. There is a large wooden terrace halfway around the house.

The house is heated with underfloor heating and an air-to-water heating system (Genvex), which results in low energy consumption. There is an extra charge for water.
