The house contains: Hallway/entrance from the ground floor, from here a staircase leads up in open connection with the living room. 3 bedrooms: DB + DB + DB. The open living room, from which a beautiful panoramic view of the area can be enjoyed, features a wood-burning stove, television, wireless internet and heat pump (no Danish programmes). The kitchen is in open connection with the dining room. The kitchen has a dishwasher, microwave and fridge with a small freezer. From the kitchen there is access to a bathroom with shower/WC. In the ground plan below the house, there is an extra room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. The external conditions offer a fantastic 70 m2 closed wooden terrace with a panoramic view. The terrace appears partly covered. In addition, there is a small terrace from which the morning sun can be enjoyed on the north side of the house. An undisturbed football field has been built behind the house. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Year of construction 1954. Renovated 1983 and subsequently regularly maintained.
