Family friendly and cozy summer house for 6 people, located on a small natural plot in the dunes, approx. 200 meters from the beach. The house is furnished with a lot of charm and attention is paid to the details. The house contains: Small entrance hall with entrance to the living room. The cozy living room is furnished with a good dining area with a long table from which there is a view of the wood-burning stove and the terrace. Sofa corner with a view of the stove, radio, television (Stofa summer house package) and wireless internet. Newer bright kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and fridge. 3 bedrooms: DB + 2B + 2B. All bedrooms have been painted and had new floors. Bright and friendly bathroom with shower/wc and underfloor heating. The house has 2 closed terraces. The terrace in front of the house is partially covered, where the evening can be extended for a few hours. Between the house and the shed, there is a completely undisturbed large partially closed terrace. There is a washing machine and dryer in the shed, and also a freezer. Smoking and pets are not allowed. Year of construction 1975, renovated 2017. Free access to Varde Badeland and bowling in 2024. Heat pump.
