The living room is comfortably furnished with a view of the fireplace and television with DVD player (Stofa summer house package). There is also an alcove corner from where a good book can be read and with a view of the sky. The house has a wireless fiber network installed. Large bathroom with shower/wc and sauna. Washing machine and dryer. Heat pump from 2023. 3 bedrooms: DB + DB + 2B. 2 well-furnished bedrooms each with 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 1 bunk bed. The summerhouse has 3 terraces, including a large undisturbed south-facing terrace. Pets are not allowed - with the exception of small dogs! Smoking is not allowed. Year of construction 1997. The house is continuously renovated.
