The summer house offers a wonderful atmosphere, completely open plan and with large panoramic windows facing the garden. The outside facilities offer a large covered terrace, where evenings such as spring/autumn can be enjoyed. In connection with the covered terrace, there is an outdoor jacuzzi and an outdoor shower with cold water. The summer house is on a 1663 m2 plot, with several terraces, a garden pavilion and a swing for the little ones. The garden is bounded by a wall towards the road. All the glory is 4 min. drive from Vejer's town center which offers several restaurants, a pizzeria, 2 grocers, a drip cookery with sales of ice cream and soft ice cream and more.

From here there is access to a lovely terrace environment under the covered terrace and a large outdoor jacuzzi. The day can be enjoyed from morning to evening on the large covered terrace and there is also a south-west facing tiled terrace.
