Cozy and very charming cottage for 4 people. The house is situated on a 1708 sq.m.  plot with good sheltered nooks and where the area's wildlife can be viewed up close.

The house contains: Entrance hall with entrance to the living room. Nice open living room with good light. Features a good dining area with a view to the fireplace, sofa area by a large panoramic window from which the grounds can be viewed, television with Stofa TV package (cottage package). Heat pump and wireless internet. 2 bedrooms: DB + DB. In connection with the living room, there is an open room with a sofa bed/pull-out bed (180 x 200) or the bed can be used as a single bed. The open room can be separated from the rest of the living room with a curtain, which can be screened off so that the open corner appears closed when used as a bed. Here, the slightly medium-sized children will enjoy being cuddled close to their parents in the living room. During the day, the sofa bed can be used as a cozy nook. The kitchen is in open connection with the dining room and features a dishwasher, stove with convection oven, ceramic hob, hood and fridge/freezer. Large bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) and a wardrobe. In the bedroom there is plenty of space for a travel cot for the smallest children. From the entrance hall there is access to the house's bathroom with shower, toilet and sink with good cupboard space in the lower cupboards. From the living room there is access to a partially covered terrace to the south, so that the sun can be enjoyed even on cool days. Nice courtyard at the back of the cottage. The summer house is located on a partly natural plot with a lawn around the house, the plot is bordered by pine trees. The grounds are good for playing hide and seek and playing in the trees. The child-friendly grounds also offer a sandbox and swings in the trees.
Smoking and pets are not allowed. Year of construction 1969, renovated 2021.
