Nice bathroom with tiles from floor to ceiling, sink arrangement, wall-hung toilet and shower. Solar heating and heat pump. The house has 2 lovely terraces, one with direct access from the dining room, and another cheeky south-facing terrace. Smoking and pets is not allowed. Year of construction 1937, renovated 2022.

Youth groups under the age of 25 are not allowed.
