Nice and renovated cottage for 6 people located very close to the beach and with a fantastic large wooden terrace.

The house contains: Entrance through utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. From here you enter the kitchen. The kitchen is designed as an open u-shaped kitchen with stove w/ceramic hob, microwave, hood and fridge/freezer. The kitchen is in open connection with the living room, which is furnished with a dining area with a view to the terrace. Furthermore, there is a cozy sofa corner with television with satellite programs and danish channels, from the sofa there is a view to the wood-burning stove and the terrace. Google Chrome Cast. There is air conditioning and wireless internet (30/30) in the house. The house has 3 bedrooms: DB + DB +2B, 1 master bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and built-in wardrobe. 1 bedroom with a 3/4 bed (120 x 200 cm) with built-in wardrobe. 1 children's room with bunk beds and a small desk as well as a TV with DVD player. The house has a large, newly renovated bathroom that is equipped with a corner spa, washing arrangement, built-in shower corner, heated towel rail, toilet and a small sauna.
Note that there is an extra cost for your water consumption.

Around the house there is a fantastic partly closed wooden terrace, here you can lie undisturbed and enjoy the sun. Furthermore, there is a smaller undisturbed terrace to the east. The plot is laid out in grass which is surrounded by a dune, only at the entrance to the house is there an opening. There is also a barbecue for free use, which may not be barbecued on the wooden terrace.

The house is not allowed with pets. Smoking is not allowed.

From the house, it is only 75 meters to the dunes and approx. 1000 meters to the center of Vejers Strand.

Built in 1994, renovated in 2024. There is a charger for electric cars at the house.
