A fantastic and lovely summer house in a quiet holiday home area, just 200 meters from the bathing jetty and the beach. The first part of the beach is rocky, but a bit further out, there is a nice sandy bottom. The summer house is very inviting, with beautiful natural light pouring in from the large windows, almost bringing the sunset indoors.
The house is modern and very comfortable, featuring a well-equipped kitchen and dining area with a spacious dining table and a cozy sofa area. The central wood-burning stove adds warmth and coziness to the entire house on cooler evenings. Fiber optic internet is available in all rooms. The house also has four good-sized bedrooms, all with double beds and ample closet space. One of the bedrooms, like the living room, has a Smart TV with the ability to stream TV via Chromecast.
There are two lovely bathrooms, both with showers, and one of them has a sauna. Both bathrooms have underfloor heating. You can access the beautiful terrace from the living room and the courtyard from the dining area. The summer house's charming covered terrace and courtyard are equipped with comfortable garden furniture and sun loungers. In the garden, you will always find a spot to enjoy either the morning or evening sun.
The summer house was renovated in 2023. Not far from the summer house, you'll find the historic Fredensdal Homestead, which is now a museum. Nearby attractions also include a technical museum, Kolby Mill, and Kolby Kås harbor. A little tip: in Pillemark, you can buy eggs and vegetables from roadside stands.
