The holiday home is situated on a 1300 m² dune site. Situated 190 m from the sea. Nearest shop is 1000 m away. You will find a golf course in a distance of 1600 m. A 60 m² terrace belong to the holiday home. Furthermore the house has a 20 m² covered terrace. Access to a balcony. Barbecue at your disposal. Plug for charging electric car is available. Charging socket type 2. With 11 kW power output. Parking place by the holiday home.

Swimming pool
You can play and have a great time together in the indoor swimming pool. The swimming pool is 3,2 m wide, 5,7 m long and it is up to 1,2 m deep. The water temperature is between 24 and 28 ° C hot.

All together there are 4 bedrooms. The beds are divided on: 2 sleeping places in double bed. 6 sleeping places in single beds. 2 sleeping places in sofa bed (double). 2 of these sleeping accommmodations are located in the living room. Moreover 1 cot for a baby (0-3 years).
