This luxury house with a large pool is located on a beautiful natural plot, with a large screened terrace area, as well as a private forest relaxation area with hammocks, and located only 250 meters from the North Sea. The house is furnished with nice modern facilities and furniture. The house also offers free, fast and unlimited internet, for streaming music and TV, or the opportunity to work. Optimization with i.a. pump and heating in the pool and house have reduced electricity consumption by 40-60% compared to 2020. Consumption depends on how much, in particular, the Spa and Sauna are used.

The interior of the house
Very well-equipped kitchen with, among other things, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and microwave. The house has 2 living rooms, both with new TV (Sept. 2022) & option for streaming through Chromecast. Both living rooms are furnished with comfortable leather furniture, and one also has a wood-burning stove and stereo system. From the kitchen, family room and living room, there is a good overview of the pool room through the large glass sections. From here you can see the bathing guests while you relax on the sofa or stir the pots. The pool is extra large at 3.5 m x 7 m and 1.2 m deep, and there is also a cozy 2-person hot tub. From the pool room there is direct access to one of the house's 2 bathrooms with toilet and to the sauna. The house's second bathroom with wash basin is connected to the 4 good bedrooms in the house. These are equipped with 1DS + 1DS + 2S + 2S. In addition, an alcove in connection with the living room on the 1st floor, with 2 sleeping places that both adults and children will love as their private cozy area during the holidays, when they are not frolicking in the pool. 2 pets allowed. The house is on a closed natural plot with many trees and bushes, so you can be undisturbed from others everywhere. Among the trees, there is also an area with 4 hammocks + hanging chair, where you can relax in the shade, take a nap or just have a chat. The house has a very large, lovely terrace, which is furnished with garden furniture, solar caravans and both gas and charcoal grills. Here you can always find a place to read. The house is within walking distance to the North Sea, Vrist as well as Mollerupgaard football golf and mini golf, and Harboøre with good shopping opportunities is only a 5-minute drive away.
