Levin Kunkku B8 is a brand new and handy apartment next to the Levi's Front slope and by the services of road Hissitie. Illuminated first snow ski trail starts from the yard.

The nearest restaurant is on the ground floor of the house. The two Levi Kunkku houses have at least food and dance restaurants and a karaoke bar. There is good soundproofing in the house.

There is a construction site on the area beginning from 04/2022 and it will last several years.
