The apartment can be connected with the neighbour apartment Levin Stara A10 (15286) which allows a bigger group to enjoy their holiday together. The apartment has two bedrooms with two beds each. The bright living room also has a fold-out couch (width 165 cm). Kitchenette brings more living space and big dining table enables the whole group to dine together. Stylish sauna, bathroom and toilet are combined in one space (on the contrary than in the floor plan). The apartment is well equipped including two Smart-TVs, DVD/Bluray, home theater with bluetooth and free Wifi.

The entrance to the apartment is from the second floor of the building. Residential facilities are located on the third floor of the building. There is no lift at the estate. There is a private storage cabinet for skis in the basement.
