Charming home on west coast of the Cotentin

House:
Rural ambience close to fantastic coastal landscapes (5 km). The former dairy is located in a quiet hamlet and was tastefully renovated in 2023. The spacious, sun-drenched living room with direct access to the terrace and the south-facing garden is particularly pleasant. The beaches in the area have been awarded the "Pavillon Bleu" seal of approval for 20 years, which proves the good quality of the bathing water. In the surrounding area you can go on wonderful hikes, discover the famous bay of Mont St. Michel or practice all kinds of water sports. The nearest town, Granville, is also called the Monaco of the North. There you will find an upper town with granite houses surrounded by a city wall. In the center there are numerous shops, restaurants, a casino and a thalassotherapy centre. From here you can take a trip to the Chausey Islands. The sailing area in the middle of the Chausey archipelago is considered one of the most beautiful in the world with its dolphins, seals, seagulls and cormorants.
