Welcome to this wonderful holiday home in the north of the Auvergne. With 2 bedrooms, the apartment is ideal for a family. As of spring 2021, the new swimming pool (7.2 x 3.6m) will be ready, so your stay will be even more pleasant! There is an old quarry close to the house. It is no longer in use, so you can easily take a quick look. Just 3km away is the village of Buxières-les-Mines. The local bakery will provide you with a tasty croissant for your breakfast. The famous city of Vichy is also definitely worth a visit. This city is well known for its lovely architectural style. Clermont-Ferrand is a bit further away, but this city is also a must! There is a large, covered terrace right against the house. It includes a large barbecue with a lounge section. In addition, you also have an enormous garden at your disposal, where you can go for beautiful walks. There are no direct neighbours, so all privacy is guaranteed! Pets are also welcome here.

Tips from owner:
Detached house on the edge of a closed quarry with lots of free space and views. The house is fully furnished by the owners and fully equipped.
The large kitchen is spacious with a cooking island, dishwasher and everything you could possibly need to prepare a meal.
Next to the kitchen you will find the large bathroom with a spacious (rain) shower, luxurious bath, double sink and toilet and urinal.
The living room with loft has a large dining table, wood stove with unlimited wood use, sitting area and TV. On the vide you can relax with a TV with DVD recorder, shuffleboard and / or various games and puzzles. There is also a work table with a printer.
Behind the loft is the family bedroom with a beautiful box spring and two single beds.
Behind the living room is the master bedroom with walk-in closet and box-spring bed. From this master bedroom (and of course also from the living room) you can directly access the large veranda.
The veranda is situated on the sunny side of the house and covers the entire long side. On the veranda you can enjoy the unobstructed view of your own 4-hectare estate all day long. A large oak provides shade when the sun is high in the sky. On the veranda is also an outdoor kitchen, several BBQs and fireplaces that you can use during your stay.
There is also an extra garden house that can be rented with a double bed, children's playhouse and large round swimming pool of 5 meters in diameter. There are also seats at various places on the site where you can enjoy this paradise to your heart's content.
Walking, cycling, motorcycling and car rides in the beautiful surroundings, everything is possible.
