The apartment includes: an entrance, a living room (with a 160x200 sofa bed and a flat screen TV), an open kitchen (with 2 induction hobs, a refrigerator, a microwave oven and a classic coffee maker) opening onto a large west-facing balcony with sea view, a bedroom (with 140x190 bed), a bathroom (bathtub and vanity unit) and separate toilets. Parking is free in the residence.
