Description
This apartment is located on the sixth floor of a seven-storey building in a prestigious, guarded holiday complex.
The studio has a balcony with views over the sea, the mountains and the medieval village. It is furnished with a folding table and two chairs.
The residence has a community pool. Use of the pool is included in the rental price, as well as a numbered, private parking space in the underground garage. There is a ramp to facilitate access to the house e.g. for families with a pram or for the elderly.
The studio consists of a hallway with a wall cupboard/wardrobe and a single bed, a living room with a kitchen niche with a 4-ring electric stove, oven, a mixer, a toaster, a refrigerator and a dishwasher. The living room-bedroom has a dining space with a table and four chairs, a fan, a TV with a DVD player and radio. There are also a double bed (140 cm wide) and a single sofa bed. Air conditioning (cool/warm) is also available. There is a bathroom with toilet, bathtub and a washing machine and a separate toilet.
The accommodation is close to the sea. You can also find shops and supermarkets, a pharmacy, a post office, a bank, a church, restaurants and bars in the area. The town centre is about 600/700 metres away. In the immediate neighbourhood there is also a free shuttle service into the medieval village. Interesting trip destinations nearby include Nice, Monte Carlo, Cannes and Antibes.
