House:
From Villa Isclawa, one of Tom's Villas, you can enjoy breathtaking views over the small village of Callian. You can walk to the village to buy fresh bread or enjoy a meal. The house has a beautiful terrace and the views of the surrounding area are incredible. The villa is less than 8 km from a magnificent golf course and the white beaches of Cannes are less than 30 km away. There is a large lake 10 minutes drive away with beaches and pedalos. The villa has secure private parking (inside the property) and a charging point for electric cars (depending on vehicle compatibility). The veranda allows you to enjoy pleasant moments all year round. You overlook the garden, which has a second terrace under a beautiful, well-stocked tree. The private swimming pool can be heated to 23 degrees (at an additional cost from October to May, on request 10 days in advance). Sun loungers and a large parasol are available on the sun terrace. To the side of the property is a lovely petanque court. Inside there is a spacious living room with a magnificent sofa, air conditioning and French windows. The television has Netflix and there is fibre optic internet access. The kitchen is elegant and luxurious. As you cook, you enjoy a lovely view of the village, which is nestled at the top of a hill. The rooms have very good beds and each room has a flat-screen TV, as well as air conditioning. A safe is at your disposal. It's really classy. Note: This villa is part of the 'Villas de Tom' group on the same street, which can be booked together or separately. On request and for an additional fee, the owner will take you on a day trip on a 9-meter QuickSilver 855, departing from Antibes harbor. Conditions subject to weather conditions.
