Description

This detached holiday house, built in 2012, is quietly located in a small fishing harbour. It is surrounded by a garden. From the living room, you can access the 16 m², southwest facing wooden patio, from where you can enjoy gorgeous views of the ocean. Especially the sunsets are simply breath-taking. The patio is furnished with a table and six chairs, two sun loungers, two armchairs and a sun shade. The property is enclosed, making it suitable for children and dogs and offers two parking spaces. You will also find a patio in the garden. It is also furnished with a table, two benches, a sun shade, sun loungers, armchairs and a barbecue. The town centre, where you can find shops and restaurants is about two kilometres from the property. The beach is 300 meters from the house. The modern and comfortably furnished 100 m² house can accommodate up to six people. The three bedrooms are located on the ground floor. Two of the bedrooms are furnished with double beds (140 x 190 cm and 160 x 200 cm). The third bedroom is furnished with two single beds (90cm) and a child's cot. The bathroom boasts a bathtub and a level access shower. Additionally, there are two separate toilets and a utility room with a washing machine, a dryer and cupboards. The large and bright living area (35 m²) on the first floor offers gorgeous ocean views. It consists of a sitting area with leather sofas, the dining area and the kitchen, which is fully equipped with modern appliances. Each room has a radiator. Upon your arrival the beds will be prepared and towels are at your disposal.
