It consists on the ground floor of an entrance, with laundry room, a bedroom with a single bed in a drawer. On the first floor, two bedrooms with double beds, 1 office with convertible sofa and television, a bathroom and a separate toilet. On the second floor, superb living room with lounge, television, separate equipped kitchen (gas hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave), dining area, terrace. A stone's throw from the beach... to discover... air conditioning in the main room. Optional additional services: household linen is not provided but it is possible to reserve it in advance and collect it upon handing over the keys (double bed kit: 12.00 euros / single bed kit: 9.00 euros / towel kit toiletries: with a large and a small towel: EURO 8.00). - High chair rental: EURO 15 per week - Baby bed rental: EURO 15 per week - Wifi box rental: EURO 39 per week The rental must be left clean and in good condition. Exit cleaning is the responsibility of the tenant who may, if they wish, request a cleaning service 72 hours before departure (price communicated upon request) You will be asked to regularize the security deposit for your rental, the link will be sent to you 10 days before your arrival and must be made before your arrival (No cash or check).
