A stone's throw from the city center, close to the Porte Jeune shopping center, stayed in a magnificent 78m² apartment, completely renovated in spring 2023. It is located on the 2nd floor of a quiet building (no elevator). This apartment has: - a kitchen? bright fully equipped (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, filter coffee maker) from where? you will have access to a balcony. - a living room with a dining area? and a lounge area? equipped with a television? - a first bedroom? with two single beds. - a second bedroom? with two single beds. - a third bedroom? with two single beds. ?Both bedrooms are equipped with quality French bedding. - a bathroom with bathtub? and washing machine - a separate toilet? ?All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you as best as possible during your stay: ? the cleaning will be done, ? the beds will be made with clean sheets, ? clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen, ? free WIFI connection ? Parking in Rue du Chêne and neighboring streets is possible with payment by parking meter (1.8EURO /h). ?The apartment is located in the immediate vicinity of a free on-street parking area. ? The Porte Jeune public car park is located 200m from the accommodation with a rate of EURO 15 per 24 hours. This car park has a maximum height of 1m90, and you can find charging stations for electric cars there. ?
